The Dermfix Halo is a contact-free LED panel for the face, neck and smaller areas of the body. Unlike a mask it does not sit on the skin: the panel is positioned a short distance from the face on its stand, so there is no pressure on the skin, nothing to clean between users, and it can be used on the neck, décolletage, hands or a joint as easily as the face.
It is the smallest device in the Dermfix range and the only one built around a skincare wavelength set rather than the seven-channel red and near-infrared engine of the RLF panels. Where an RLF panel treats a body region, the Halo is intended for daily facial use.
Wavelengths
Four wavelengths across 240 LEDs, selected in four combinations from the handheld remote:

The four combinations let you run red and near-infrared together for a standard session, or bring in blue or yellow when wanted. Each combination runs at three brightness levels.
Controls
Everything is set from the included handheld remote: wavelength combination, brightness level and session length. Preset timers run from 5 to 30 minutes and the panel switches off at the end of the session.

Halo or an RLF panel?
The Halo is for the face and small areas, used close up and often. Skin on the face is thinner and more sensitive, so the Halo has a lower intensity of output compared to a panel. If you want to treat the shoulders, a joint or a larger area, the RLF750 is the compact panel in the RLF range and carries the full seven-wavelength set; it also works well for the face at a greater distance.

I am very impressed with the Halo LED. Prompt delivery with excellent packaging. The Halo box is of high quality so is good for storage. The product itself is of high quality and very easy to set up and use. I like that it has different colour LED lights so you can easily flick between them, depending on your individual concern.
I bought the Halo for severe eczema and arthritis in my hands and it really has made such a difference when used consistently. It has also been used within the household for a muscle tear and planter fasciitis.

Everything about this product is high quality. The versatility of the halo is what attracted me to it the most. I love that everyone in my household can use it for different purposes and body parts. The hygienic non-contact use of the product is also very user friendly and practical. My skin and lower back have benefited from the near infrared light and I recommend the halo to everyone looking for a light therapy device.
I love this device, I can see the difference in my skin from one use. With consistent use my skin is smoother, more even toned and fine lines appear to be reduced. I also use it on my body sometimes if I'm suffering from any dry skin/blemishes
